(KDAL) - The early wolf hunting season in Minnesota wraps up on Sunday with hunters filling the quota in East Central region quickly and nearing the quota in the North East. As of Tuesday morning 119 wolves have been harvested with the overall limit at 200. The East Central Zone closed to hunting on November 5th as hunters took 8 of the 9 wolf limit. 53 wolves have been harvested in the North East Zone, closing in fast on the quota of 58. In the Northwest Zone, where the target is 133, 58 wolves were taken. The state's late wolf hunting and trapping season will start on November 24th and continue through the end of January
