DULUTH, MN (KDAL) - A Ribbon Cutting Ceremony and a Pie Social will mark the Grand Opening of Valentini's Deli at St. Luke's Hospital on Tuesday.  Slices of pie and coffee are available between 2 and 3 p-m for a one dollar donation to the St. Luke's Volunteer Service Guild program that provides Holiday stockings to hospitalized children.  The Deli will operate in the hospital through an agreement where a portion of the profits will go to the guild and its various patient care programs.  Valentini's Deli is located on the 2nd floor skywalk of the hospital next to the St. Luke's Gift Shop.
