(KDAL) - Newly elected 8th District Congressman Rick Nolan will be in Washington D-C this week for orientation sessions and to find a room near the Capitol. Nolan, who defeated Chip Cravaack on November 6th, tells the Minnesota News Network he's anxious to get started and believes there will be some compromising in the U-S House next session. Nolan served as 6th District Congressman from 1975-1981. He says he has no plans to move his family to Washington from Crow Wing County.
