(KDAL) - The Minnesota DNR was projected a lower harvest this season than last year and after the first week of hunting, that prediction is coming true. Although the buck harvest was up by around 8 percent, the doe harvest was down by 20 percent. Last year 192 thousand deer were taken, estimates this year is around 180 thousand.
