Duluth, MN (KDAL) - Both of the Constitutional Amendments were defeated by voters yesterday.  One would define marriage in Minnesota as only being between a man and a woman.  That decision was one of the most expensive on the ballot with both sides raising and spending millions of dollars.

The other amendment to be defeated would have made it impossible to vote in Minnesota without a State sponsored photo ID.
