Duluth, MN (KDAL) - With all the talk about voter photo ID, the issue is a constitutional amendment on today's ballot in Minnesota, you won't need an ID to cast your ballot today. Also, voters are reminded that they have until 8PM tonight to cast your ballots. If you are in line at eight o'clock you can vote and the polling place will remain open until everyone in line has voted.
Convicts with a felony on their records are not allowed to vote until they get a pardon.
