(KDAL) - After a kick-off ceremony in St. Paul Thursday morning, the DFL "Road To Progress" bus will begin a statewide tour and will stop in Duluth at the DECC parking lot in the afternoon.  Governor Dayton will be participating in several stops along with other members of the DFL state and federal delegation.  The bus will also make a stop in Cloquet on Thursday and will be in Grand Rapids and Hibbing on Sunday.
