ST. PAUL, MN (KDAL) - The Minnesota House passed the Viking Stadium bill early Thursday morning and the Senate followed suit in the afternoon. The bill now goes to Governor Dayton, who is expected to sign the measure for a 975 million dollar stadium. After agreeing to kick in an extra 50 million dollars, the Vikings share of the cost will be 477 million. The new stadium will be built at the site of the current Metrodome in Minneapolis.
