ST. PAUL, MN (KDAL) - Minnesota Governor Mark Dayton has signed the game and fish bill that ups the cost of both hunting and fishing licenses in the state. The increase had bipartisan support and was also pushed by sporting groups and environmentalists. The bill also establishes a wolf hunting season in Minnesota as the wolf population continues to increase in the state.
