WASHINGTON, D.C. (KDAL) - The 2nd Annual "Hotdish Off" competition is being held among the Minnesota legislative delegation in our nation's capitol.  The event, hosted by Senator Al Franken, began last year and was won by Senator Amy Klobuchar for her "Taconite Tater Tot" creation.  Franken says the friendly competition is a way to put partisan politics aside and focus on Minnesota. Among the several Republicans taking part in the event is 8th District Congressman Chip Cravaack.
