Duluth, MN (KDAL) - Duluth officials want to get together with residents to help explain proposed rate hikes and other adjustments on natural gas. The Duluth Public Utilities Commission will hold a meeting with the public at City Council chambers on Jan. 15. The rising cost of natural gas has spurred the proposed rate changes.
