Duluth, MN (KDAL) - The issue of Military spending has been settled in Duluth.  By a five - three - one vote last night the Duluth City Council decided that the Federal Government should spend less money on the military and more funds could then be devoted to domestic spending.

The resolution was introduced by Councilor Sharla Gardner.  Similar resolutions have been passed around the state.
