DULUTH, MN (KDAL) - It reopened to traffic earlier this week, but the official ribbon cutting for the Highway 210 Thomson Bridge will be held on Saturday afternoon.  The rehabilitation project was required after the structure was damaged in the June flood.  The public is invited to the event at 3:30 p-m followed by cake and coffee at the Thomson City Hall, 33 Dalles Avenue in Thomson.
