Superior, WI (KDAL) - Tomorrow will be the last day on the job for retiring Superior Fire Chief Jim Rigstad. After twenty years with the department Rigstad is retiring. He will be replaced by 19 year veteran Steve Panger who is the fire training coordinator. The changing of the guard will be next week.
