UNDATED (KDAL) -According to the 2012 report "America's Health Rankings" from the United Health Foundation, Minnesota is number five on the list of states with the highest health grades. Leading the list is Vermont followed by Hawaii, New Hampshire and Massachusetts. At the bottom of the rankings are Mississippi and Louisianna due to the high number of residents who are obese, have diabetes and get little or no exercise. The report found 25 percent of Americans are now considered obsese.
