DULUTH, MN (KDAL) - Over the next several months, the City of Duluth is making upgrades to the radio channels that operated the "All Hazard" Siren System in the city. The work requires that half of the sirens be taken off-line for about three weeks until work is complete and then the other half will be done. The system should be fully operational again by February. The usual testing of the sirens on the first Wednesday of the month will also be postponed until the system is back to normal.
