DULUTH, MN (KDAL) - Winter Storm Watches have been issued for most of northeastern Minnesota and northwestern Wisconsin from late Saturday night through Sunday evening.  Exact locations of the heaviest snow is not yet certain but some areas could see in excess of six inches.  The snow combined with strong winds will also create blowing and drifting snow and poor visibilities across the region.  Listen to KDAL for weather updates through the weekend.
