Duluth, MN (KDAL) - They were once called Truth in Taxation Hearings, now they are just an opportunity for residents to comment on the proposed St. Louis County Budget for next year.  Last night in Duluth County Commissioners hear those comments.  County Administrator Kevin Gray said that the modest one point five percent increase in the County's tax levy will hit an average home owners for anywhere from seven to twelve dollars.
