UNDATED (KDAL) - The price of gas at the pump has reached levels not seen since early this year.  According to the website MinnesotaGasPrices.com, regular unleaded now averages under 3.22 a gallon.  The last time the average in Minnesota was that low was back in January.  The state average is around 15 cents under the national average and, except for North Dakota,  is also cheaper than the surrounding states.  In Duluth, prices are around 3.25 a gallon and in Superior prices range from 3.27 to 3.29.
