SUPERIOR, WI (KDAL) - Property tax rates for residents and businesses will be decreasing for a second year in a row in Superior for 2013. Mayor Bruce Hagen says the reduction was due to a number of factors including a 2.7 percent increase in the assessed value of property in Superior and city deparments and services operating within budget guidelines. The city tax rate for 2013 will be $21.94 per $1,000 compared to a rate of $22.15 in 2012. For a 150 thousand dollar home, Superior city taxes would be $3,291 in 2013.
