DULUTH, MN (KDAL) - A noted sled dog veterinarian, Dr. Jerry Vanek, will hold a special presentation on Friday night at the downtown Duluth Holiday Inn.  "Serum Run 1925 - The Great Race Against Death" will detail how sled dogs and their mushers saved the day.  Dr. Vanek has served as a sled dog veterinarian on over 85 races and expeditions around the world since 1992.  His presentation begins at 7:30 p-m, tickets are 15 dollars and available at the door.
