DULUTH, MN (KDAL) - The Duluth Parking Commission will hold a public meeting on Friday to discuss proposed parking changes in the lower Woodland area.  The changes will be in addition to a two block expansion of the UMD area resident permit parking zone that the City Council approved last month.  Details on the proposed changes can be found on the City of Duluth website.  The meeting starts at 7:30 a-m on Friday in the City Hall Council chambers.
