IONIA, Mich (WLMI) The Ionia County prosecutor is reviewing the long-awaited report on a deadly crash involving an off-duty Michigan State Police trooper. Officials have finished their probe into the August crash that killed 16-year-old Zachary Barber as he walked a broken-down moped along a rural road. The off-duty trooper was driving his own car at the time of the crash.
