ST. PAUL, MN (KDAL) - Minnesota Lt. Governor Yvonne Prettner Solon will join officials from five other states on an economic development mission to China. The National Lieutenant Governors Assocation is hosting the trip from October 14th to the 20th. The delegates will attend the Canton Trade Fair and have several meetings in Shanghai and Beijing. China was the largest contributor to U-S export growth of any major trading partner. In the last ten years, exports to China grew by 468 percent while exports to the rest of the world was up an average of 55 percent.
