DULUTH, MN (KDAL) - Duluth Police have arrested a 45 year old man on burglary and assault charges after being called to the 500 block of Commonwealth Avenue Wednesday morning. Police say the man entered his ex-girlfriend's apartment while she was at work, threw a woman who was watching the apartment against the wall and took some electronic equipment. The suspect was located a short distance away by police and was taken into custody after a short struggle with the officers. The investigation into the incident is continuing.
