UNDATED (KDAL) - The National Weather Service says winds may have hit 90 to 100 miles per hour in the Fargo-Moorhead area during storms that hit Monday night. Some damage was reported, power lines were down and debris littered the streets but there were no reports of any injuries. Heavy rains in some areas over the weekend has also resulted in more high water reports around the state. Flood warnings are back again along parts of the Minnesota River and on the Red River which is dropping slower than expected because of recent rains. The Crow River is also expected to top out over flood stage in the coming days.
