UNDATED (KDAL) - Due to the rain and recent green up of vegetation, the Minnesota Department of Natural Resources will lift burning restrictions in ten more counties on Monday. The counties where burning permits will again be issued include Beltrami, Clearwater, Itasca, Kittson, Mahnomen, Marshall, Pennington, Polk, Roseau and St. Louis south of a line that runs west to east from the towns of Silica to Central Lakes to Brimson. The counties that remain under burning restrictions are in the northernmost part of Minnesota where green up has been delayed by cool weather.
