ST. PAUL, Min (KDAL) - The Minnesota Legislature is required to adjourn by Monday and it is becoming more likely that the Republican majorities in the House and Senate and Democratic Governor Mark Dayton will be unable to reach an agreement on budget issues before then. That would require the governor to call a special session to get a budget passed before July 1st. Failure to do that could lead to a partial government shutdown.
