UNDATED (WRN) - Gasoline prices in Wisconsin have reached an all time record high. Triple-A's daily Fuel Gauge Report says the average price of a gallon of regular unleaded reached 4.11 on Thursday, surpassing the previous record set in July of 2008. The statewide average is up 13 cents in the last week and is 1.16 more than last year at this time. Pam Moen of Triple-A Wisconsin says oil prices dropped by 15 dollars a barrel Thursday and that might mean some relief at the pump in the coming days. In Minnesota, the average price per gallon is at 3.93, down a few cents from a couple days ago.
