As the fracas over state employee collective bargaining continues in Wisconsin, a number of similar bills continue swirling around at the Minnesota Capitol.  Legislative leaders are dodging questions about whether they'd support bills to prohibit teacher strikes or scale-back teachers' collective bargaining.  However, House Speaker Kurt Zellers did say any kind of strike during a school year would be, quote, "bad for business all around."  Senator Scott Dibble, a Democrat from Minneapolis, says he fears Republicans may try similar measures in Minnesota.
