UNDATED (KDAL) - The latest talks between Minnesota Governor Mark Dayton and legislative leaders ended Sunday with no agreement on a budget. If a compromise is not reached by the end of the week, parts of the Minnesota state government would shutdown on July 1st. Meanwhile, in Wisconsin, Governor Scott Walker has signed the budget bill that was passed earlier by both houses of the legislature. The 66 billion dollar measure balances the budget while not raising taxes. About a hundred protesters rallied outside the signing ceremony on Sunday.
