SHEBOYGAN, Wis. (WHBL) - A Sheboygan man who was reported missing over the weekend is now facing criminal charges after fighting with a police officer.  30- year- old Christopher Haack was charged with battery of a peace officer, disorderly conduct and bail jumping charges after Sheboygan Police were called to a domestic disturbance on Redwing Drive Sunday morning and Haack would not cooperate with officers, physically fighting them.  According to the criminal complaint, when officers arrived on the scene and asked Haack if they could talk, Haack squared off against the officer, and stated “Bring it”.  He then physically fought the officer, pulling his hair and kneeing him at one point, until backup arrived to help control Haack.  At one point during the altercation, officers attempted to use a taser on Haack, but it did not work as he was able to pull the prongs out of his body.  Haack was staying with relatives in Sheboygan after a court order in Ozaukee County, and was allegedly not taking the medication he was prescribed.  If convicted on all charges, Haack will face four years in prison.
