DULUTH, Mn (KDAL) - The Minnesota Department of Transportation has selected Amr Jabr to serve as acting Engineer for District One which includes Duluth and eight counties in northeastern Minnesota. Current Engineer Michael Robinson will be retiring later this month following a 37 year MnDOT career. Jabr was the MnDOT Metro District Operations and Maintenance Director for the past four years and has served in a variety of positions over the 22 years he has been with the Transportation Department. District One maintains 1600 miles of highway and more than 600 bridges.
