Governor Mark Dayton signed an executive order today which will add 95-thousand low-income Minnesotans to state's Medicaid rolls.  Dayton says it brings important federal dollars to healthcare providers in the state.  The governor adds that beyond the benefit to low-income recipients, "the dollars themselves go to Minnesota hospitals, doctors and nurses and others who provide essential health care to all these citizens and to all of us."  Dayton says hospitals and doctors will get reimbursed at better rates and it takes the burden off General Assistance Medical Care.  Republicans warn the move will worsen the state's budget deficit.
