Minnesota has recorded its deadliest week of the year on state roadways.  Safety officials say nine people died in crashes between last Thursday and this Wednesday.  That includes a collision Monday near Little Falls that killed a mother and her two daughters.  Authorities remind drivers to buckle up, slow down, avoid distractions -- and do not drive while chemically impaired.  At least 32 people have died in Minnesota road crashes since January 1st.
