The latest State of Manufacturing survey suggests 2011 is going to be a better year for Minnesota.  Forty-percent of executives foresee economic expansion, 51-percent expect revenue increases while only nine-percent anticipate a continued recession.  Enterprise Minnesota President Bob Kill says manufacturers are adding people and returning to job growth and he adds what they're really saying is "this is here to stay and they believe they can build upon it."  The survey found manufacturers' biggest concern is the cost of health care.
