Over 500 people from all walks of life in Duluth and around northeastern Minnesota are in St. Paul Wednesday and Thursday for the annual Duluth and St. Louis County Days at the Capitol. The event is sponsored by the Duluth Area Chamber of Commerce and includes a rally and grand reception for the delegates and state legislators. The event is meant to keep issues and important legislation for this area uppermost in the minds of the legislators.
