Minnesota saw its third straight year-over-year monthly drop in home foreclosures in January.  The rate fell ten-percent from December and nine-percent from January of 2010.  But RealtyTrac's Daren Blomquist says lenders have slowed the foreclosure process in many cases as they've tried to address questions on their methods.  He cautions that Minnesota can expect a spike in home foreclosures during the first half of this year as lenders again go full-speed ahead with property take-backs.
