MADISON, WI (KDAL) - Republicans have retained their majority in the Wisconsin State Senate after Tuesday's recall elections. Four of the six GOP senators survived the recall, but Democrats did pick up two seats. Two Democratic senators will face recall elections next week. The recalls are being seen as a referendum on the conservative policies of Governor Scott Walker.
