ST. PAUL, Min. (MNN) -  Lawmakers have a full plate when they return to the Capitol next week.  In addition to budget bills, they are also dealing with a Vikings Stadium, proposed Racinos and the governor's bonding bill.  Governor Dayton says a major bonding bill would create 28-thousand jobs and he can't understand why lawmakers don't jump on board.  There are four weeks left in this year's session.  Lawmakers return to the Capitol after the Easter break on Tuesday.
