ST. PAUL, Min. (MNN) -  State lawmakers begin their one-week break for Passover and Easter on Monday afternoon.  With five weeks remaining until the adjournment deadline, there's no sign of any possible agreement with Governor Dayton on balancing the budget.  Senate Republican Majority Leader Amy Koch reiterated Friday that they would not raise taxes even though Dayton wants the state's wealthy to pay more.  The governor accuses Republicans of using fictious numbers in their budget proposal and says the only ones he'll rely on are the state Management-and-Budget and Revenue Department assessments of both sides' plans.
