ST. PAUL, Min. (MNN) - Several driving-related bills are on lawmakers' plate at the State Capitol Wednesday.  One bill being debated in committee would keep any speeding violation up to ten-miles-an-hour over the limit in a 60 mile-per-hour zone off a person's driving record.  Currently drivers are allowed five miles per hour over the limit.  There's continued debate on a bill that would allow future drivers to take the classroom part of their instruction online.  Also at the Capitol,  additional debate on a controversial measure that would require voters to present photo identification before receiving their ballot.  There's another conference committee meeting as House and Senate negotiators begin hammering out their differences over a major health and human services budget-trimming bill.
