(St. Paul, MN)  --  Vice President Joe Biden will be at Macalester College in Saint Paul next Tuesday on the stump for DFL gubernatorial candidate Mark Dayton.  The campaign says a morning rally at Leonard Center Fieldhouse will be followed by a fundraising luncheon, but they're not saying where, or releasing information on per-plate prices.  Former U.S. House Speaker Newt Gingrich has a stop scheduled in Minnesota next week to raise money for Republican candidate for governor Tom Emmer.
