(Undated)  --  A new poll shows the race for Minnesota governor is a virtual tie between Democrat Mark Dayton and Republican Tom Emmer.  Emmer has 42-percent support and Dayton 41-percent in the Rasmussen Reports telephone survey.  Independence Party candidate Tom Horner is supported by nine-percent of those polled and two-percent are undecided.  Last week's Survey USA Poll gave Dayton a 38-36 edge over Emmer with Horner receiving 18-percent support.
