(Hudson, WI) -- Two pre-teen boys are reported safe and their non-custodial father is under arrest after he allegedly fled to Minnesota with the boys after assaulting his ex-wife in Hudson, Wisconsin early Thursday. Police had issued an Amber Alert for the boys. Forty-five-year-old Rocco Diberardino (dee-bur-ar-DEEN'-oh) took his sons, 12-year-old Rocco Junior and ten-year-old Brandon, after police say he assaulted their mother. The boys were found safe in a Stillwater-area hotel. Their father was arrested in Hastings.
