(Fountain City, WI)  --  Authorities in western Wisconsin think the death of a Winona College student late Sunday was an accident.  The body of 18-year-old Jasper Youngren of Carlton turned up after he fell from a large cliff across the Minnesota border.  Youngren had been missing since Friday.  Authorities found his body after they tracked his cell phone and spotted his vehicle near the cliff not far from Fountain City, Wisconsin.
