(St. Paul, MN) -- Veterans receive a lot of training in the military, but can they use some of it towards college credit? That's the question state college and university officials say a new on-line service will help prospective students answer. They're unveiling what's dubbed the "Veterans Education Transfer System" this afternoonn at MN-SCU's (MINN-skews) central office in St. Paul. They say it's believed to be the first of its kind in the nation.
