(St. Paul, MN)  --  A Ramsey County resident is the second confirmed human case of West Nile virus in Minnesota this season.  In mid-August, a man in Yellow Medicine County was the state's first confirmed case of the mosquito-spread virus.  The Department of Health's Dave Neitzel (NITE'-zull) says they're also investigating other possible cases.  Neitzel says much of the high-risk season for West Nile is behind us but there's still continued risk in September.
