(Minneapolis, MN) -- Officials from Minnesota's largest city are scheduled to outline a bevy of street improvements planned for next year -- then detail which ones won't get done if the state cuts local government aid. Mayor R-T Rybak says Minneapolis is due 87-and-a-half-million-dollars in 2011 but over recent years, Governor Pawlenty has pulled L-G-A money from cities and counties in order to balance Minnesota's budget. A statement from Rybak's office says next year's proposed city budget "assumes" the state will live up to its L-G-A committment.
