(Minneapolis, MN) -- Authorities have identified the railroad worker who was fatally struck and killed by a Northstar commuter train yesterday in Coon Rapids. Fifty-three-year-old Andrew Kim Weaver of Fridley was hit in between the Northstar line's Coon Rapids and Fridley stations just before 7 a.m. It was the first accident on the line since it began operating last November. The train makes ten trips a day between downtown Minneapolis and Big Lake.
